Welcome to your new life change! I will provide the experience to help you achieve a lifestyle change through health coaching, nutrition and fitness. My goal is to motivate and challenge you with frequent health coaching, nutrition, and exercises that will create a healthier lifestyle for busy professionals, elite athletes, and military in Mountain View and the Bay Area. Rok Fitness was originally founded as a personal training company servicing the Bay Area area back in 2010, while serving in the Marines Corps. I started the company alone and worked by myself for a while, eventually taking on a few other trainers. It was a fantastic experience, and I got to work with and help everyone from professional athletes to military, to regular folks.
