Bill came the next day after I called and was able to provide a quick free estimate of issue. I ended up going for a full replacement which I am super glad for. Bill also recommended replacing the wheels which was a huge improvement in noise reduction. They came over and was able to replace everything in about two hours, it really shows their knowledge and skill in this area. I now have the quietest garage door on the block plus a wireless keypad for front entry. Spoke to Ed, told him my issue and he said he could be here around 4pm if not sooner... about 15 minutes later Ed was at the door and ready to go! He not only fixed what I thought the problem was, he took care of a couple more things that needed tending to without having to purchase a brand new garage door opener. Took my stress level down from a 10 to a 0 in about 1 1/2 hours!!!
