Horrible Customer Service by Jana C on 11/23/2005 via Insider Pages

I went in to this Verizon store to get my broken phone replaced, and not only was the process gruelingly slow and the lady rude, but the phone exchange was not completed - the lady forgot to activate my new phone! The service at this store…
