*Dedicated to pediatric patients (ages 20 years old and under). *Adult patients (ages 21 years and older) please visit our Adult Emergency Department at: 1199 Welch Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304 The pediatric emergency department at Stanford Children's Health provides an environment that is non-threatening and calming for children as well as being informative and assuring to their parents. Our team and facility are equipped to handle a wide range of medical problems. We treat anything from colds and upset stomach to chronic or critical illnesses. Children who require additional care can be admitted to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, just down the hall from our emergency department.
