Rena is one of the finest therapists in Southern California. She is astute, well studied, and effective. I have been to other therapists, and many are good; but Rena is far and away more effective, innovative and results oriented. She gets to the core issues, helps address plans of action and if you follow her guidance leads you to the positive changes you want to make. She is often hard to book, but if you can get in this is where you want to go. She may be one of the most referred therapists out there, but totally worth the wait and effort. She is a natural listener, everyone feels heard; and extremely articulate. Relationships improved. She is focused, professional, truly keen on making positive changes, a world class therapist.
