Located inside the SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity, we are proud to be operating a fully electric zero carbon kitchen! We use only the freshest, farm-to-fork ingredients that support local farmers and nourish our bodies. By eliminating our dependence on gas cooking and switching to all-electric, we are helping our environment and creating a delicious food experience!
