After leaving the family business?(RESSAC)?in Glendale in 1974, John Rohan started his own business and set his roots in San Clemente, a small beach town in Southern Orange County. Joined by his son Dean, son-in-law Tom, John Rohan and family have a clientele of over 1000 commercial and residential customers and continues to serve all of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties. HVAC Services The installation and service departments at Rohan & Sons provide and install the makes and models of heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment that you've come to know and trust, including Trane, Rheem, Lennox, Carrier and other industry-leading brands. Dean Rohan and Tom Medina are active in the field, supervising projects and designing competitive bids for the installation of all heating and air conditioning equipment. We also offer many universal components and parts for existing HVAC equipment, including exhaust fans, compressors, condensing fan and blower motor assemblies, various thermostats, compressor contactors, starters and air filters. Rohan & Sons, Inc. has devised our own Preventive Maintenance Service for customers on a routine basis that ensures efficiency and optimum performance from their HVAC equipment.
