As a small business, we are continually transforming and revolutionizing the scheduling industry for value-added project controls by devising plans, transforming those plans into a schedule, incorporating cost and resources, and analyzing the data. For many small to medium size general contractors, having an experienced, full-time scheduler is not a reality. Overall Consulting was formed to serve those general contractors who need a contract required a detailed CPM schedule managed by a SME, but do not have the resources to create one themselves. We provide expert-level scheduling services, whether it is a proposal schedule to impress the owner, or a resource/cost loaded baseline schedule coded to USACE, NAVFAC, DOE, CALTRANS, state governments, and local governments contractual standards.
