I had the most incredible facial massage at Sculpt by Rind. I’ve tried a lot of skincare services over the years, but this one genuinely stood out. The moment I walked in, the space felt calm and grounding and Rind’s presence alone could relax anyone.

The treatment itself was unbelievable. She has this way of releasing jaw tension you don’t even realize you’re carrying, and the sculpting techniques left my face feeling lighter, lifted, and refreshed. My cheekbones were popping, my jaw felt relaxed for the first time in forever, and my skin was glowing in that natural, “I drink water and sleep eight hours” kind of way.

What I loved most is that nothing felt rushed or cookie cutter. It was intentional and intuitive, like she knew exactly what my skin needed. If you’re looking for a holistic facial that blends relaxation with real, visible results, this is the place. Sculpt by Rind is hands down one of the best self care experiences in San Diego.
