We are a consulting firm, we do not provide tree or landscape contracting services. RDCS LLC provides commercial and residential arborist, landscape and horticultural consulting services. Jeremy Rappoport, President and founder of RDCS LLC is an ISA certified arborist, qualified tree risk assessor and a Registered Consulting Arborist. Additionally, Mr. Rappoport is a C-27 California landscape contractor and a professional horticulturist. Consulting Services Include: -Tree inventories, tree risk and health assessment -Tree protection best management practices during construction or renovation -Tree and palm appraisals -Landscape / horticultural design services -Irrigation trouble shooting, design services -Wholesale plant purchasing services -Field supervision, project and construction management Expert Witness Consultant Services for Defendant and Plaintiff Attorneys: -Areas of expertise including arboriculture, horticulture, landscape, land development and infrastructure -Litigation support -Discovery -Field and forensic investigations -Reports -Deposition and trial testimony
