I can see that he is informative. He also explained to me what was the cause of the problem, did a great job, and completed everything in less than an hour. He knew exactly the proper procedure to repair all the problems without complications. The process of the repair was performed within 3 hours of service. The technician who repaired our refrigerator gasket did an outstanding job. He knew the proper handling of the repair. The quality was very excellent.
