Raymond still hand cuts all the beef jerky and we use the finest ingredients in all our products. We carry our sausage and beef jerky in Smart and final, Albertsons, Foyers, Vons, Food 4 less. And Several of the restaurants serve our products. SLO Brew, Madonna Inn, Jockos, and so many more location to mention. We are the favorite product everyone stops in our gift shop while taste wine in Edna Valley.

We had Ray Cattaneo BBQ at our Class Reunion with all his fixings and sausage too! Great job! Ray's Own Brand sausage was the best and he makes beef jerky too!
