Washington Mutual is a bad Chase conversion here by w j on 10/19/2009 via Insider Pages

Supposedly JP Morgan Chase branch now. I have had Chase account sfor many years with its credit card and this location refused to guarantee my signature because I was not an account holder long enough. Closed checking account.
