out of 5 starsThis Apple store has changed since CoVid-19 and I think the employees may be quite fed up with angry customers or inconsiderate ones. Their protocol now is different and you wait outside for your appointment which they’re usually late for.

I had to come here for some issues I've been having with my cell. I made an appt and they solved all of my issues. Everyone was nice as long as you had an appt. It would be perfect if they could help you on the spot.

If you make an appt, the wait is not bad at all. I've had issues with my phone several times and was able to take care of it. Although I did have to jump through several hoops in order to get my replacement phone. It is in the upper…

Like all apple stores, this one tends to get crowded. If you make an appointment online, then the wait is not too bad for service. Also, park on top level of the mall for easy access.
