The Yoga Nook studio in Simi Valley offers over 26 classes for every level of Yoga student from beginner to advanced. We have a dedicated movement therapy room for mobility classes and private AIM sessions and a meditation area peace garden. Our classes are warm and friendly and all of our teachers are educated to RYT 200 or are taking part in the Yoga teacher-training program at the Yoga Nook. This insures that you are receiving the very highest quality teachers each time you come in. Regular classes: Beginning Yoga, Classic Yoga - Level 1 & 2, Yoga Challenge - Level 2 & 3, Yoga Workout, Choga (Chair Yoga), Yoga Workout, Yoga Core & Stretch, Therapeutics, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga Stretch, Kid's Yoga, Yoga on the Ball, Qi gong/Chi Kung and A.I.M. (Awareness Integration Movement) as well as monthly workshops. AIM Somatic Movement with Jeni - evening/day appointments available. Relieve pain, re-educate your muscles and eliminate movement habits. Helps with tight shoulders, lower back, hips due to injury/surgery or just help tune up your body. Yoga Teacher Training to RYT 200 & 500 level. Convenient weekend meetings and payment plans available. Additionally we sell yoga mats, blankets and everything for the yogi in your life.
