Owner Michael Harrison began his decades-long culinary career in the kitchens of Las Vegas Hotels, and has developed the menu at Michael's around the concept of 'Americana' cuisine. If it has washed up on the shores of America, you might find it on our menu. We always feature fresh catch and seafood pastas. Michael's has lots of Vegatarian, Vegan, and Nutritionally conscious choices.enhanced with exciting gastronomic twists. For Michael, its all in the details, and since he insists upon superior ingredients, he sources the freshest and best of everything through a variety of local specialty vendors. Organic local produce and gourmet cheeses are staples. Bread is baked on the premises daily, and gluten-free options are available, too. Michael's is passionate about turning out exceptional desserts; our seasonal pies, strawberry shortcake, key lime pie, panna cotta, brownie sundaes and daily dessert specials like our S'mores are all designed to delight every palate.
