I wrote reviews in Google, yelp regarding our bad experiences with GREEN PANDA HOMES.
Please do not hire this contractor.
They are crooked, dishonest, no integrity, not trustworthy.
They’ve been asking more money without any ptogress. They asked for 100% of the total cost of the SUPPLEMENTAL PLAN AND 35% of the ORIGINAL PLAN.
They gave us promises and flowery words.
They refused to give us, the owner, the APPROVED PLANS and inspection report.
They installed very cheap materials, and not paid their 6 workers of 1 month salary.
I gave them check to pay the closet, fire sprinkler and all the windows and doors but they just put it in their own pockets.
The problem with us, we trusted them so much, since they were referred by a friend.
The owner of of GPH were JUAN PABLO DRLA CRUZ AND RICHARD MARYINEZ. They are using the contractor license of Ronald Pangilinan. Please do not trust this company.
