Live Oak Landscape was started in 1978 by John Gilpin and James Clabaugh after graduating from Cal Poly with a B.S. in Horticulture. James is now a registered Landscape Architect handling commercial and custom residential landscapes where as john handles landscape construction.Our office is located in downtown Vacaville at 406 Main St. Some of our employees have been with us for over 30 years
