We are proud to announce the successfully completed merger of Community West Bancshares and Bank with and into Central Valley Community Bancorp and Bank, effective April 1, 2024. The resulting new Company is assuming the names Community West Bancshares (new NASDAQ symbol: CWBC) and Community West Bank. Stronger together - this strategic merger expands the combined Company's territory from Sacramento in the north, throughout the San Joaquin Valley and west to the Central Coast, resulting in one of the largest community banks headquartered in Central California.
