Expert nails is a great place. Kelly does a great job i never have a nail break. i would recommend this place to everyone in the Vista area even open on Saturdays until 7pm.

They rush their job. The service has definitely declined . As their prices seem to be going up and their quality seems to be going down i would not recommend them to anyone.
