Richard fixed my shower valve (it works smoother than it ever has), threw in improving my shower head water flow for no extra charge, he fixed my leaking toilet, AND fixed the undercarriage of the sink that had spewed gunk everywhere while I was gone. He was informative, fast, fair priced, cleary just experienced and at the top of his game. He’s now saved in my contacts, he’s my guy.
