Dr. Tuan Nguyen, also known as Dr. “Winn,” has over 15 years of experience helping patients look and feel beautiful. Dr. Nguyen is an expert cosmetic and general surgeon at accredited Noble Care Outpatient Surgery Center, located in Westminster, California.
He completed his undergraduate degree at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree at the Kansas City University Medicine of Medicine and Biosciences (formerly known as University of Health Science-College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Kansas City, Missouri.
