The Church has been established as a beacon to draw you to a relationship with God and His Son, Jesus Christ. Christ is able to transform your life so you see yourself through His eyes and through His sacrifice on the cross for your sins. When you realize you are a child of God, there is a new sense of freedom. You do not have to be a slave or in bondage to anything. As you learn to trust God, you begin to apply this knowledge and live in contentment that God is in control. That means He controls everything -- nature, political systems, economics, and our human bodies. You will understand the value of your role in life, which is to fulfill the unique work God has designed for you.
