We currently have over 40 privately owned vacation homes that we rent out short-term for vacationers. We provide advertising on over 6 websites as well as Google advertising to get rental for the individual homeowners. We are a full service property management company providing care for homes including checking the home at least once per week, hot tub care, overseeing contractors, readying the home for rentals, cleaning of the home after rentals, and winterizing the home.
