ITX LLC dba Mile High Van Lines, USDOT #1782839, stated in its "Binding Moving Estimate" that "if the load weight/cubic ft. [of a move] is less than the estimate, the customer will receive a credit for the difference. The load weight of our move was less than the estimate (witnessed and documented), but Mile High Van Lines has refused to refund the difference of $1,089. / On the day of the move, the actual movers insisted that the "Binding Moving Estimate" was too low even though a careful review of the things to be moved was given to the "Senior Moving Consultant." The movers insisted on rewriting the estimate, increasing the load weight by 329 cu. ft. Our house had already been sold and we had not choice but to agree. I contacted the "Customer Service Manager," and was assured that we only needed to record the weight upon delivery, inform them, and a refund would issued. We did this, but Mile High Van Lines refused to issue a credit. In addition, we were never given a copy of the new "Binding Moving Estimate," the "Bill of Lading," or the "Home Goods Descriptive Inventory." I would avoid ITX LLC and its subsidiaries Colorado Transport Company, Presidential Moving, LLC and, of course, Mile High Van Lines.

I had way too much stuff that needed to be moved and finding the right movers was a tough job. I did a lot of research online and finally settled on hiring Mile high van lines. Their reputation precedes them and they really proved why that is. They really employ the most capable movers. The four men I got were all very well trained and had enough experience to conduct this move. Their packing skills were good and they had no trouble loading everything to the van. They arrived on time and made the delivery on time as well. I have very high regards for this amazing company.

I used to think hiring movers could only complicate my move even further. But the men from Mile high van lines proved me totally wrong. Everything about them was so professional. This was our third relocation in the last 2 years. Both the moves before the last one were disasters. The moving companies we hired broke such valuable belongings- first time it was the big TV and then my favorite couchette. So, when we were moving again, we were quite concerned. My sister-in-law referred Mile high van lines to us who she had hired before. My husband called them and they gave us a very nice estimate. They sent over four very strong men to handle the job. The movers took a small of amount of time to finish the job. Then, surprisingly, the foreman gave us a bill that mirrored their estimate. It was such a relief. The best part was that nothing, not even a glass, broke during this move.

Highly recommended!! Mile high van lines made my move seamless, which I did not think was at-all possible. I had been recently promoted and needed to make arrangements to start my new position within 14 days... From my first call to inquire if they could accommodate me with such a tight schedule, I knew I made the right choice! I shared my situation with a rep and decided the packing service would be the best route, especially because I live alone and would otherwise have to pack by myself or ask family/friends to help. I was totally awestruck by the men sent from Mile high van lines. The price asked by the company was on the lower side so I wasn't expecting much from them. But this company has been in the business for a long time and they employ the best movers. The crew I got was sensational. They arrived right on time. They pretty quickly finished packing everything from my apartment. I was given a week long timeframe for the delivery but they managed to deliver within 3 days. All my things were in great condition. I am very grateful to the very hardworking men who made my move so effortless for me.

I will always remember our last move simply for the men who worked to move my things. I hired Mile high van lines without knowing much about them. But they performed superlatively. I wasn’t sad to leave as I was going back home. I didn’t have a lot of belongings but the pieces I did own were quite expensive. That’s why I didn’t want to hire any inexperienced company. I called Mile high van lines and asked how soon they can send over a few movers. The crew showed up just two hours later! That is how fast I decided to relocate. I have to thank these guys who helped turning this move from manic to easy. The movers were all very professional and easy to work with. My experience with Mile high van lines during my move was quite pleasant. They gave me a very balanced estimate of how much it would cost me. Then 4 men arrived 10 minutes early on the moving day. They were all very skilled and experienced. They worked very fast too. All the packing was done very professionally. My only complaint is that the movers used a lot of packing materials and some of it wasn’t free. Anyways, aside from that minor hitch, everything went so smoothly. Mile high van lines is simply the best moving company you can ever find. They were inexpensive and efficient at the same time during my last move. When a company quotes so low, the job is usually carried out in a very inefficient way. But they really gave me a run for my money. I have used Mile high van lines about 3 times since moving to TX and have enjoyed the experience every time. The guys are nice and usually on time. This time there was a mix up and my appt wasn't booked, but when I called, they did an amazing job accommodating me the same day for a move. I didn’t have any tricky furniture or a critical house. Neither was I moving across the country. I just wanted my movers to deliver my belongings safely. This company is run by movers who are very experienced. This reason alone is good enough to hire them. They helped me move my valuables last month. It was a move that was inevitable. After applying for jobs for the last 3 years, I finally got the call. The only condition was that I had to move within 7 days. So I hired mile high van lines to move all my belongings. They gave me a very reasonable quote and I hired them for a prompt pick up and deliver. The four movers arrived right on schedule and started packing everything. They were very properly equipped. Otherwise, I would have no idea where my wife stored the tape or spare boxes. I move around quite a lot and so it’s essential for me to have a reliable moving company in my contacts. This time, upon recommendation from a dear friend of mine, I hired a different company named Mile high van lines. Their men took me completely by surprise! It took them just an hour and half to finish packing and loading everything from my 3-bedroom apartment. They weren’t just fast but also very thorough. Every item was packed with great care. I don’t think anybody expects a perfect job when a moving company is hired. However, if you’re hiring Mile high van lines, perfection is achievable. I hired them while I was relocating for a new job. You can’t possibly undermine the necessity of training in any job, especially when the job is professional moving! These guys were great. I was able to make a reservation the day before my move. I was moving out of a one bedroom into a studio. They were prompt in showing up and made the process super easy for me.
