I go to Buff cuts all the time, highly recommend. \r The only thing the expensive places have that this spot doesn't are higher prices and longer waits in line!

My barber actually talked on the phone while cutting my hair! No wonder it was a mess, I had to go up the block to get it fixed. NEVER AGAIN!!!
