Precision Painting and Finishing is a company dedicated to quality in workmanship, preparation and attention to detail. We do both interior and exterior painting along with fence and deck restoration along with floor re-coatings on commercial and residential properties. We use only the finest paints, we are a Benjamin Moore exclusive paint company. We are not a company that hops scotches around town to all the paint stores trying to find the best deal. We believe in being dedicated to our suppliers as well as our customers. After all only the best painters use the best materials, which is Benjamin Moore. On the interior side we will provide a Free in home color consultation along with physical paint samples inside the rooms to be painted. We are proficient in texture matching, drywall repair, stain and refinishing work, faux finishing, wood graining, the whole gamete of interior finishes. Exterior speaking are one of the few painting contractors around who will put more than a two to four year warranty on our work due to our extensive preparation. We give a FREE color consultation where we will actually come out and put up paint samples on your house to ensure that not only you are getting a well done paint job, but you are also receiving a color scheme that you love. We do wood replacing, along with pre-priming all wood that is to be re-placed to ensure no moisture can penetrate again. We do diligent prep work in scraping, sanding, double coat of primer on any raw or failing areas along with extra insurance banding of primmer along foundation and roof lines where the most moisture will be. We put a minimum of two coats to cover. There are no second coat add-ons as we do two coats on everything to ensure the longevity of your paint job.
