Somatic Spiritual Counseling is a collective of body- and mindfulness-based therapists and coaches who embrace holistic health. We want to help you find empowerment, flow, authenticity, and the ability to live life in the moment. We believe that through developing a relationship with the body and the natural world, we can learn to experience and digest blocks to living as fully as possible and offering our gifts to the world. We are students of the nervous system, Buddhism, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness meditation, plant medicine, Chinese medicine, energy work, animism, Gestalt therapy, Freudian theory, Internal Family Systems, and more.
