Beau Jo's is a Boulder Tradition. There are so many different types of pizza it's impossible to find one you don't like. Thin, deep dish, even gluten free. Great salad bar, gelato, and desserts.

Everyone I know loves Beau Jo's Pizza but I went a few times and never understood all the hype. The crust is super deep and it just is too much. The salad bar was really weak too and very disappointing.

This pizzeria offers a unique family friendly atmosphere. Be sure to come very hungry. Their special deep pizza has the thickest crust I have ever seen! There will be leftovers.
