the nest was born of the desire to provide a healing refuge for others… a place that empowers those who seek the answers needed to find peace…in their bodies…in their minds…in their lives. we are passionate about movement. we see the ability it has to guide us to our limitless potential and to be our safety net when we stumble. we are able to recalibrate when we are not held by a set of “directions" but are given the permission to explore. we look from a lens of inquiry and guide ourselves and one another to hone our intuition…and to become our own inner teacher. we come together in a way that allows us to journey together as a community. at the nest, all are welcome…each of us belong.
