Bone-A-Fide Kitchen Services was born the bastard child of Johnny McGuires, an Aspen institution from 1991-2015. After closing the doors we hit the road and expanded into some new ideas, traveling the West, pushing our brands at the biggest music events out here. As we expanded into foodservice contracts, we realized the limited on-the-road brands would not work for private, full service gigs, so Roarin’ Forks Grilling Co. was launched, as is now our brand for local private catering in the valley and beyond, anywhere, on any budget.
