LivWell Broadway has served south Denver's Washington Park West neighborhood since 2009. Our goal is to make your visit seamless, with free parking, on-site ATMs, and friendly, knowledgeable budtenders ready to help you find the perfect product. Our recreational dispensary menus offer a wide range of options in a variety of price points to fit every need. LivWell Broadway is also wheelchair accessible and service animal-friendly. In addition to Washington Park West, LivWell on SoBro serves the nearby Baker, Athmar Park, Valverde, Platt Park, and Washington Park neighborhoods. There is street parking in front of our dispensary building, and a designated parking lot along the side that leads to several handicap spaces located in the back.
