Featuring Colorado Lamb Shoulder, Bison Ribs and traditional favorites such as Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Turkey Breast, Wings, Chopped Pork and Homemade Sausages. Don't miss the made from scratch sides and desserts, especially the caramelized Banana Pudding.
