Rolland Consulting Engineers, LLC, (RCE) is a civil engineering and land surveying firm providing efficient engineering solutions to municipalities, property owners, land developers, and contractors in western Colorado. The company is co-owned and operated by Kent Shaffer and P.E., Eric Slivon, P.E. They have worked well together for the past twelve years as a part of Rolland Engineering. A key employee, Jodie Grein, P.L.S. has also been an important part of RCE for the same time. The company was formerly known as Rolland Engineering, changing its name after Tom Rolland's retirement. Our experience makes a great foundation for the service we can bring to our clientele. We have a small foot-print but we have a great track record for small and large projects alike. We've been providing quality ideas to Mesa County and western Colorado since 1983.
