They showed up 3 hours later than the 2 hour window that we were given. The guys didn't show up with the proper equipment for the job and the dismissed my multiple attempts to voice my concerns. When the job was done one of the men said that they didn't have an invoice for us. Here's the kicker, they pit scratches in the refrigerator & put a sizable gouge in the wood floor in our entry way. We just had those wood floors refinished. When we wrote the company about the damage the manager insisted that the damage wasn't caused by his guys and suggested that we make a claim with our insurance. Beware of this company. They are not professional. They also do business under the name of All American Pro Moving.
