As the premier log home builder in Salida, Buena Vista and throughout Chaffee County, we have devoted ourselves to building custom log homes with the highest quality, integrity, and innovation. We prefer to use Englemann Spruce logs from Southern Colorado. We feel they work the best as they are staighter and less tapered than other varieties, but we can work with any type of log material. The average diameter log we use is about 12 inches midspan, however, any size can be utilized.Our staff has over 30 years experience in building log homes.
