Slope Room, located inside Gravity Haus Vail, is a modern Alpine Bistro with a twist on the new American steakhouse menu serving Dinner 5-Close. Reservations are available though our website. During breakfast and lunch hours, Slope Room operates in a walk-up counter service capacity (no reservations) in coordination with Unravel Coffee, our farm-to-cup sustainable cafe which shares this space. Daytime offerings include elevated coffee drinks and more causal fare than our dinnertime menu. Join us for delicious breakfast, lunch, and pastries from 7am-3pm daily.
