Unravel Coffee Vail offers haus-roasted coffees and tea to enjoy in the cafe or take to go in our reusable glass jars. Grab breakfast or lunch, or if you're headed out to the mountain, snag a snack from our grab-n-go section. From shrub to cup: Unravel makes the coffee lifecycle a personal experience, collaborating directly with the farmers in Ethiopia and participating in the sustainable harvesting and processing in conjunction with our small farm producers. Our team makes conscious, calculated decisions throughout the entire import process to ensure distinct and premium flavor profiles after roasting in-haus via our zero emission, zero waste Bellwether coffee roaster.
