Customer service by the store manager was horrible, they decide on what can be returned or not. When inquired about policy on returns they cannot produce anything! Such a big dissappointment and waste of time!

Pay Half is GREAT, for cute little tops, pjs & earings...BUT after only ONE wash, the jeans I bought (L.E.I, too!) fell apart, the fly-button popped off. They gave me a hard time about returning it & said they couldn't give me a dime back…

Customer service was unsatisfactory. Prices on brand name clothes were good but the store was very dirty. Manager was unsure of store policy and had to call another store to handle a simple return.

This store has ok prices but is pretty dirty and has staff that do not care about their jobs. No one wants to help and the store was not very easy to get around and even though they have a toddler section it was not very big.
