Diana's Bakery was established in 1975 as a retail bakery by the Macari Family in Enfield, Connecticut. Fresh baked bread and bagels. Since being established we have grown from our humble beginnings to include a wholesale division that can deliver over three hundred different fresh and fresh/frozen baked products, including artisan breads, danish, donuts and a variety of cakes including wedding cakes.

I got a great chocolate birthday cake here for a co-workers birthday. IT was exellent. The cake was moist and the frosting was not too sweet. The building was clean and the staff were great.
