After signing up you will receive an introductory text directly to your cell phone within 24 hours of signing up from one of our experienced and successful coaches. Our focus is to improve your game in any facet needed and everything will be tailored specifically to helping you improve from thereafter.

Whether you are a parent, a coach or an athlete yourself the focus can be on anything that you feel needs improvement. For coaches this includes but is not limited to: Game strategy, practice plans, play calling, video review, player/coach relationships, team building, problems within the team, time/space maximization and player development. For Parents and Athletes this includes all of the above as well as individualized video review of your athlete in practice, games or in training and provide drills, work outs and improvement plans. Our Coaching staff can also provide direction for any athletes looking for leagues and/or direction in their athletic careers. Video text messages are encouraged as it gives us a face to the name and shows us where the athlete or team are in their development.

You may send a text whenever you would like. Our coaches are on call from 8 am to 8 PM EST but have the option to respond outside that time window if they choose. If you send a response outside of the on-call time our staff will respond to you the following day as soon as possible. Our coaching staff prioritizes its clients and will respond to you in a timely manner and as soon as possible throughout the day.

As often as you would like! Unlike other coaching services that force you into flat fee consultations with limited time, our service allows you to contact us as often as you would like for as long as you would like. We are your on-call coach and we are always only a text away.

Our Coaching Staff is on-call to the best of their ability during the hours of 8AM-8PM EST and will do their best to respond as quickly as possible with a detailed response and action plan. We aim to respond to all our clients within a couple hours of receiving the text but oftentimes you will get responses much quicker than that. Our goal is to get you the information you need quickly and effectively so you can put it into practice.

Yes, absolutely! And it is encouraged. The more information we can gather the better we can help you achieve your goals. You can send us anything including game footage, practice footage, drill work or individual athletic movement (ie: swinging a bat, taking a shot, etc) and we can analyze it and tailor a development plan

There is no age requirement to join! We service all clients from 4 years old all the way to 99. It doesn't matter your age or skill level, we are here to help at whatever age you may be. You do need parental consent and parental supervision if under 18 years old as per our Terms and Conditions .

While results vary from client to client, we can ensure that our systems will help to foster a positive sports environment for coaches, enhance athletic skills, and promote positive personal growth in athletes. We provide encouragement and support with an emphasis on effort and learning to create a positive coaching and playing environment. Using expectations, accountability, and positive reinforcement, our coaches set a clear plan for athletes, parents and other coaches to follow and improve. Along with this, we have a heavy focus on skill development through individualized attention with tailored instruction to meet the specific needs and skill of each individual athlete. This leads to improvements across the board for athletes, parents and coaches in technical skills, understanding of game strategy, increased self confidence and personal growth.
