Ross A. Kaplan, DMD Dr. Kaplan graduated from Clark University, and was rewarded with DMD degree in 1991 by Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his supplementary experience during his fellowship at the Yale University Dental Residency Program, in New Haven, CT. He has been practicing in Hamden since 1992. Dr. Kaplan is a member of many professional associations such as The American Dental Association, The Connecticut Dental Association, The New Haven Dental Association, and The Academy of General Dentistry.
