Many people assume that they can simply go off of word of mouth advertising in order to choose the best caterers. What they fail to realize is that everyone has different tastes and expectations. You have to screen your own companies because your level of expectations and needs may not be something that a company that our friend used can provide. Not to mention, you need to keep in mind the type of event that you are hosting. If your event is a classy and elegant one, then you should do your best to avoid companies that specialize in foods that require your guests to eat with their hands.
