No frills --Excellent Service by Lily V. on 9/29/2005 via Judy's Book

Lovely Nails is a hidden treasure in DC. No frills, no nonsense but they give the most long lasting pedicures and manicures I've ever had. I recommend calling to make a reservation; although walk-ins are welcome.
