Institute for Advancement of Multicultural & Minority Medicine (IAMMM) January, 2004- Executive Vice President Responsible for the management and operations of the Institute and the execution of the policies of its Board of Directors. National Medical Association June 2002-November, 2003 Chief Development Officer Assisted the Vice President for University Advancement in maintaining day-to-day activities including responsibility for budget control. Other responsibilities included: 1) Supervising the Departments of Annual Giving, Special Events, Communications and Alumni Relations. 2) Formulating and executing a comprehensive strategy of fundraising from corporations through an individualized program of activities and relationships.
