Although I was born in Wilmington, Delaware I was raised in Oxford, PA until I was in 10th grade and then my parents moved to Wilmington. At the start of my Junior year my parents moved to Virginia's Eastern Shore. After graduating high school I moved to Chincoteague and still missing Delaware, moved back in 1983. I worked for the Postal Service until 1996 at which time I got a job in the environmental law department of then Zeneca (now Astra Zeneca). I then worked in the global negotiations department at Citibank. I still use many of those negotiation skills today in my real estate transactions. I also have an associates degree in Criminal Justice and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa.

I am a full time agent and I assist buyer's and seller's throughout the entire State of Delaware. Since becoming licensed I have successfully closed/sold over $138 million in real estate transactions.

I absolutely love being a full time real estate agent. A home purchase, in many instances, is the largest single purchase many people will make in their lifetime. There is a great sense of accomplishment that comes from helping people find the home that is perfect for them, and I do not take my role as the Buyer's agent lightly. For Seller's a move can often be, not only stressful, but also an emotional one. There are often fond memories built over the years that are associated with their home. It takes a skilled agent to to help both Buyer's and Seller's navigate through the home buying and selling process, and my goal is to make their next move as smooth and stress free as possible.

I currently reside just outside of Dover, which is the capital of our state and also have a home in Rehoboth and have lived in the Newark & Hockesson area. Since I have lived in all 3 counties of the state, I know the whole state. Therefore, I can assist you in all 3 counties.
