We provide 100% kosher smoked brisket, dino ribs, pulled brisket, smoked chicken, and hot dogs, prepared low and slow with premium hardwoods. Serving Boca Raton, Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach, and surrounding areas, we cater HOA events, corporate lunches, private parties, Shabbat meals, and community gatherings. Our mobile food trailer allows us to serve fresh, hot kosher food on-site or via limited-service catering.
