The cheese wheel pasta, sometimes called ?pasta Alla Ruota,? is a dish that mixes steaming hot cooked pasta in a hollowed cheese wheel. At the heart of our menu is our Neapolitan pizza, baked in a high-temperature stone oven to achieve the perfect charred crust, soft center, and smoky flavor. Made with imported 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella, our pizzas are a tribute.
