We are the only center of its kind in Florida, tailored to be a one-stop shop for body and soul divided into 3 sections to provide our members an experience full of energy, passion, and dynamism. We come with 7 studios of different workout classes including Pilates Reformer, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Fitness, Circuit, Zumba, and Hot Yoga & Sculpt. We will offer more than 100 weekly classes and personal training. Each machine offers a unique experience, especially in our weight room with more than 70 Technogym equipment. These are innovative and highly advanced machinery used to optimize your workout experience
