We had our A/C unit hooked-up by Novak, and were satisfied with the work they did. However, when we requested additional duct-work from them to complete our setup, only an hour's worth or so, we were told we'd have to wait a couple days…

They Not only didn't fix the initial problem, they butchered my Unit, and it had to be fixed by a REAL air conditioning company that knows what they are doing! BUYER BEWARE!
